Individual Video Consultation

$150

Whether you are just embarking on the planning process, or you already have arrangements booked, we can work together to equip you with the confidence needed to fully enjoy your trip.

This package includes a one-hour video consultation to discuss any questions you may have about planning a Walt Disney World vacation.

  • Ahead of your video consultation, you will submit an intake questionnaire to ensure we have all of your questions ready to go for our discussion.

    • One-hour personalized video consultation, based on the specific questions and topics you’d like to address

    • In-depth tutorial of how to use the Disney app so you feel confident managing your trip to Walt Disney World. We will review how to book Lightning Lanes, how to make dining reservations, how to mobile order food, and much more.

    Please note that this video consultation does not include a written itinerary or real time concierge support.

Customized Itinerary

$500

This package includes a fully customized itinerary for your trip, based on your individual needs and priorities. Your itinerary will account for every variable — thrill seeking level, favorite foods, children’s heights. You name it, I’ll cover it. I will advise you on dining and activity reservations, as well as Lightning Lanes. You will be responsible for booking these reservations.

    • I will send you a detailed intake questionnaire ahead of our video consultation, including information such as number of guests and ages, likes and dislikes, preferred activity level, goals and priorities for your trip.

    • Ahead of your video consultation, we can address any additional questions you may have in the meantime via email.

    • One-hour personalized video consultation, in which we will review the topics and questions addressed in your intake questionnaire.

    • In-depth training on the Disney app to ensure you have a detailed understanding of everything the most magical place on Earth has to offer.

    • During this video consultation, we will begin to map out a general strategy for your trip.

    • In advance of your trip, I will advise on dining and activity reservations. You will be responsible for booking these reservations.

    • Fully customized itinerary for your trip, based on your individual needs and priorities, shared two weeks in advance of your trip

    • The itinerary will include topics such as: when and how to book Lightning Lanes, which rides to prioritize, where to eat, how to mobile order, what to pack.

    This package does not include real time concierge support.

In addition to everything included in the customized itinerary package, this package includes the booking of your dining and activity reservations, and your initial Lightning Lane selections.

I will also provide real time concierge support via text throughout your trip. I will be available to answer any questions you have in real time, and work with you to book all the best plans.

I’ve got you covered. I will be available to answer any questions you have in real time throughout your trip, and work with you to book all the best plans.

    • At the end of each day, we can touch base to review the plans for the next day and see if there are any changes you’d like to make. I am available to address any questions — large or small — throughout the entirety of your stay in Walt Disney World.

  • For trips up to 5 days, this package is $1,000. For trips longer than 5 days, each additional day will cost $150 for real time concierge support. Pricing includes up to 2 points of contact within your group.
