How to mobile order meals

Many quick service restaurants in Walt Disney World allow you to mobile order your food and pick it up, rather than waiting in line to order at the counter. To place an order, you will open the My Disney Experience app on your phone. If you press the plus sign at the bottom of the screen, you will see an option to Order Food. Select this option and choose which restaurant you would like to order from. Restaurants are categorized by park, and you will see that there are estimated return times for when your food would be ready.

Once you have decided on a restaurant, select Begin Order. You can then browse the menu and add items to your cart. Once you are done building your order, view your cart and click Review Order Summary. If everything looks good to you, you can go ahead and pay.

You are able to pay with a credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Disney Gift Card, Disney Rewards Redemption Card, or Disney dining plan.

One tip is to place your order in advance of when you want to pick up your food. Make sure you are accounting for the time that it will take you to walk to the restaurant to pick up your food. A time saving trick is to select the “I’m Here, Prepare My Order” button when you are en route to the restaurant so the kitchen begins making your order.

After you have placed your order, you will be able to track your order status as your food is prepared. When your order is ready, simply head to the designated pickup location at the restaurant and pick up your food.
